We consider our service users individual needs and ensure that the service and the level of care they receive is customised to their wants, wishes and choices in a way that enhances their quality of life and daily living. We ensure that they remain as independent as possible while being cared for at home in such a way that their dignity and privacy are given the highest priority.
Our service manager is a registered nurse with over 7 years of experience of working in the health and social care sector delivering high quality patient-centred care, and a heart for exceptional care experience. She has wide ranging knowledge of statutory care provision as a result of her passion for working in various care settings within the UK and has current experience of managing and supervising other staff and teams.
As a service provider, we are registered and regulated by the Care Quality Commission (CQC) the independent regulator of Health and Social Care in England.
